1. Transit Time Estimates

The transit times and delivery schedules provided by Little Bear Transport LLC are for planning purposes only. While we strive to provide punctual service and employ experienced drivers, Little Bear Transport LLC makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the exact arrival time of any shipment. Delays can occur due to numerous factors, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, road closures, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdowns, and port congestion.

Any estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided via tracking software or dispatch is an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee of delivery.

2. Cargo & Packaging

Little Bear Transport LLC relies on the shipper to properly package, label, and declare all cargo. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging, shifting loads due to shipper negligence, or undeclared hazardous materials. The shipper warrants that all goods tendered for transport are safe for shipment and comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

3. Force Majeure

Little Bear Transport LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to fire, flood, strike, labor trouble or other industrial disturbance, inevitable accident, war, embargo, riot, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
